Our foam lamination process is designed to enhance both the comfort and durability of coated fabrics, ideal for marine and transportation applications. With every layer, we combine precision and expertise to deliver consistent quality and long-lasting performance.
How It Works
We bond polyurethane foam directly to the fabric surface, with the option to add a polyester scrim for extra reinforcement and dimensional stability. The result is a flexible, supportive material that improves comfort and maintains its shape over time.
First, choose your coated fabric and design. Then, select foam type and thickness (2, 3, or 5 mm). A scrim can be added. After inspection, the material is rolled and ready to ship.
